Welcome to YardGuard Services LLC (“YardGuard,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in our services, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions.
YardGuard provides scheduled pet waste removal services for residential properties. Service frequency is typically weekly unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client agrees to provide safe and unobstructed access to all service areas on scheduled service days.
Client is responsible for:
If access is blocked, service may be skipped without refund.
Pets are welcome to join us during service unless if otherwise stated due to temperament, in this case pets must be secured during service.
YardGuard reserves the right to refuse service if a pet displays aggressive behavior or if conditions are unsafe.
Client assumes responsibility for pet behavior and any resulting incidents.
In cases of severe weather, hazardous conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, service may be rescheduled to the next available service day.
YardGuard will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of delays.
All recurring services are billed monthly in advance via AutoPay.
Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in service suspension.
Client may cancel service with written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
No long-term contracts are required.
YardGuard is not responsible for:
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the most recent month of service.
By enrolling in service, Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
YardGuard may take service-related photos (such as closed gates or service verification). These images are used solely for service documentation and quality assurance.
