Billing and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date : Feb 9, 2026 

• All recurring services are billed monthly in advance.
  
• Payment is required via AutoPay (credit/debit card on file).
  
• Billing secures your scheduled service visits for the upcoming month.
  
  

If payment fails:

• Client will be notified.
  
• Service may be paused until payment is resolved.
  
• Accounts more than 7 days past due may be removed from schedule.
  
  

One-time services are billed in full prior to service.

• Service may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing date.
  
• No refunds for partial billing periods.
  
  

Referral credits are applied after the referred customer completes one full paid month of service. Credits may not exceed one billing cycle.
