No. As long as we have access to your yard, we'll complete your service and send confirmation once finished.
All waste is bagged and disposed of in your designated trash container unless otherwise requested.
Friendly dogs are fine and encouraged! If your pet is aggressive/temperamental, we ask that they be secured during service.
We service in light rain. In severe weather, service may be rescheduled and you will be notified.

All recurring services are billed monthly in advance. Your payment secures your reserved weekly service schedule for the upcoming month at your agreed rate. AutoPay is required and securely processed prior to each service month to guarantee your reserved schedule. This structure allows us to maintain reliable routes, consistent service quality, and priority scheduling for all clients. Service may be paused for declined or failed payments until the account is brought current.
